A local medical genius has been charged after allegedly treating a 63-year-old’s internal organs like a last-minute gift-wrapping project.

The specialist reportedly severed two major abdominal arteries during kidney surgery, before closing the patient up with the breezy confidence of a man who definitely didn’t just commit involuntary manslaughter.

When asked why his medical report omitted the part where he turned the patient’s circulatory system into a dead end, the doctor reportedly shrugged.

"Wah lau, sometimes you cut wrong things, just diam-diam lor, no need to say everything mah!" noted a hospital cleaner who witnessed the surgeon’s post-op celebratory coffee.
