The Singapore International Festival of Arts 2026 has unveiled its "Let’s Play!" theme, a state-sponsored psychological operation designed to re-teach the concept of leisure to a citizenry that views a nap as a criminal offence.

An anonymous festival official confirmed that aerial acts are vital because most residents have forgotten how to look anywhere except at their shoes or a spreadsheet.

The "Makan Culture" puppet show aims to remind the public that food is for enjoyment, rather than just fuel for a 14-hour shift.

"Play what play? I see the person fly-fly in the sky, I thought he jump from office because kena sack ah," noted one local salaryman.
