A local financial analyst has achieved peak fiscal efficiency by billing his Tinder date for the precise amount of friction generated during their encounter.

Lim Kopi, 29, issued a detailed PDF invoice that included a pro-rated charge for his cologne and the electricity used to charge his phone while texting her.
