Despite being used for target practice by a Florida woman with a semi-automatic rifle and a questionable wig, Rihanna has reportedly informed her management that dodging twenty gunshots is still preferable to performing at the National Stadium.

Local fans expressed immense frustration that Ivana Lisette Ortiz failed to use her ammunition to scare the singer toward a more peaceful, bullet-free life in a country where the only thing being fired is a GrabFood rider for being five minutes late.
