Fed-up resident Meng has finally achieved a breakthrough in his war against the crows at Block 744 Yishun Street 72 after the NEA announced they will finally treat the birds like real Singaporeans by fining them for littering.

For years, the Nee Soon Town Council, SFA, and NParks have been performing a sibei world-class Tai-Chi routine, passing Meng’s complaints around like a hot potato made of bird shit and rotting leftovers.

The OneService app, which is essentially a digital graveyard where complaints go to rot, finally spat out a response confirming that since the authorities can't fix the overflowing dumpsters, they will instead deploy undercover officers to catch crows not returning their food trays.

"We have tried shooting them, but these Yishun crows are sibei hardcore and probably have more street smarts than our average civil servant," said a spokesperson who requested to remain anonymous to avoid being pecked to death.

Under the new "Avian Enforcement Act," any crow caught scavenging from an open dumpster without a valid permit will be forced to undergo Corrective Work Order (CWO) and wear a tiny neon yellow vest while cleaning up the estate.

Meng, who has sent more reports to Stomp than he has spoken to his own family, expressed a grim sense of satisfaction that the birds will now face the same bureaucratic hell as the rest of the country.

"If I have to clear my own tray at the hawker center like a peasant, these feathered bastards should also learn some fucking manners," Meng shouted while shaking his fist at a bird that was currently eating a discarded chicken wing.

Local authorities have clarified that if a crow cannot afford the $300 fine, they will be stripped of their flight feathers and forced to take the bus to Johor Bahru as punishment.

The town council has also proposed installing CCTVs with facial recognition technology that can identify specific crows by their smug expressions and lack of civic-mindedness.

When asked for comment, a local crow simply cawed "Kan Ni Na" before shitting directly onto a OneService poster and flying away with a packet of half-eaten Nasi Lemak.
