Authorities claim that thirty middle-aged men squeezed into aerodynamic spandex provide a more effective speed deterrent than any concrete barrier.

Motorists are now legally required to maintain a respectful distance while observing the majestic sight of sweaty, hairy calves pulsating at a blistering 12km/h.
