The American pop-rock band Lany has officially transitioned from an international act to permanent national infrastructure after announcing their seventh Singapore concert.

Following the announcement of their November gig, authorities reportedly fast-tracked the lead singer’s residency application, citing his ability to navigate the PIE during peak hour as proof of successful integration.

Promoter Live Nation Singapore confirmed the band has performed here so frequently that they now qualify for a dedicated season parking lot at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Local fans are reportedly thrilled to pay $250 to hear the same three synth-pop chords for the seventh consecutive year.

“Every year they come, every year I buy, even though I cannot remember one song title,” said one local concert-goer.

“Their music sounds like Grab-car background noise, damn relax one lah!”
