
Gourmet Rooftop Kale Now Guaranteed To Taste Like Pigeon Excrement
The Singapore Food Agency has finally achieved food security by tricking citizens into eating spinach grown exclusively in pigeon faeces.
These rooftop greenhouses offer the unique flavour profile of bus exhaust and concentrated tropical humidity.
Self-proclaimed foodies are queuing for hours to pay $25 for a withered leaf of bok choy tenderised by a falling air-conditioning unit.
"Wah lau, this one organic leh, got authentic aroma of MRT track and auntie sweat," remarked local resident Ah Huat.
"So what if got cockroach? Is protein what, very sustainable one!"
Authorities confirmed the "earthy undertones" are actually industrial soot, but noted Singaporeans will swallow anything with a "locally-grown" sticker.
"Cannot complain, at least the cai xin taste like carbon monoxide instead of Malaysia," added another shopper.
